Homemade corned beef is so delicious, and you know exactly what goes into it! It’s super easy but takes 5-7 days to marinate, so get started because St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner! The savory deep flavor of the beef and buttery cabbage is an amazing combo – you won’t regret it 🙂

I forgot to say how much water to use in the marinade…please use 2 quarts (2 liters). Enjoy!
