Cosmic Kids Yoga Heroes | June 2016

Look who’s been doing Cosmic Kids this month!
Every month, we share pictures of kids who have been doing yoga with Cosmic Kids in a video called Yoga Heroes.

Post your pics of your kids doing Cosmic Kids yoga to Instagram with the hashtag #cosmickidsyoga and they could feature in our next Yoga Heroes!

Yoga Heroes is inspired by a segment in a TV show called ‘Take Hart’ which we used to love when we were kids. It was an art show, with a bit at the end called The Gallery which showed paintings and drawings done by kids. If you sent in your picture, it might get on TV! It was a great way of encouraging kids to draw. So now we’re doing it with Cosmic Kids yoga.
We will be putting as many photos as we can from Instagram with the hashtag ‪#‎cosmickidsyoga‬ in each month’s video, so there’s a good chance that Cosmic Kids yogis on Instagram will show up on our YouTube channel. We hope this will be an encouragement to do more yoga!
